液状化対応住宅の概念
埋立地に発生する液状化現象は悩ましい問題です。
これを解決する提案です。
簡単に説明すると、住宅の土台とコンクリート基礎と結合していたアンカーボルトとナットを廃止します。
土台を二重にし、コンクリート基礎が地震や液状化で破壊されても、建物を維持できるまで土台を強化することです。
基礎が破壊されても、建物には損傷が無いので、ジャッキアップしてからコンクリート基礎を修復し免震ラバーを挿入すれば修復終了です。
土台は建物より外側に張りださせるとジャッキアップがやり易いです。
☆この考え方は既存の建物にも応用出来ます。
１．アンカーナットを３～５cm緩めます。
２．土台の外側に上下二重の土台をボルトで追加します。
